When I was sick, I started to drink bone broth as a way to heal my gut. It has so many amazing benefits for your body and is an excellent source of collagen, glutamine, proline, glycine, minerals and electrolytes. Drinking bone broth regularly can help promote a healthy gut and reduce inflammation, as well as:

  • boost immune system
  • improve joint health
  • heal the gut lining + fights food sensitivities
  • supports cellular + liver detoxification
  • helps maintain healthy skin + reduce cellulite

My favorite way to make my bone broth is pretty simple – I like to add sea salt, pepper, herbs and red pepper flakes. That’s about it!
